      Great Place for Students

      Pros

      -Competitive pay and commission -Excellent discounts -Great recognition for high-performing employees -Decent training for new employees -Management is usually very helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable

      Cons

      -Commission breeds competitiveness (while not necessarily a bad thing, it can cause tension between associates) -Minimal hours for part-time associates (on average, 8 hours a week or 2 shifts)

      Pros

      There were good discounts on their clothes. The people are friendly, and it helps your fashion sense. Every time you come to work, you dress to impress. Every sales associate are suppose to be a model. Since there was no commission, everyone was quite friendly. There wasn't any disputes about sales.

      Cons

      The sales job did not align incentives well because there was no commission. Also there wasn't much to do as an sales associate. Other than bothering customers, folding clothes, and running the dressing rooms, the job is pretty boring. There isn't much the company can do about the situation.
