Possible Great Potential

Pros

Excellent People. Great place to learn patience. Can move up somewhat if you are willing to bleed your time. Room to work with relatively new tech. Level of freedoms are relatively high. Leniency on working from home and PTO time. Lots of potential in being a great engineering team.

Cons

Engineers are merely assets/resources to be managed. Engineers are constantly stuck in meetings. Not many seem to care enough to hold things to a higher standard. Too many comfortable folks in IT that have fallen behind the tech curve and act as an impedance to engineering agility. Lack of visibility in many decisions made.

Very friendly, light and supportive atmosphere. Higher level manager respect to the employees and between the same level employees. No pressure. Flexible work hours.

Cons

Minimum hour rate pay, as a part time employee - no social benefits
