Pros

Flexible hours, work from home, set paid time off hours given once your hired, friendly coworkers, decent management team.

Cons

work from home only (office closed down), you're a punching bag, CEO is putting the company down and needs to retire (they got rid of Jim Brett who was actually helping the company).

Pros

Benefits and the time off are the only thing that are "okay".

Cons

No leadership presence ever. No motivation from leadership and no moral boosting. Not a chance to move positions unless you want to be on the phones. Even the people who became at home leads have no guidance from leadership. No coaching. Nobody tells you if you're doing good or bad and you're always in the dark. No touch bases. You pretty much have to request one, but leadership wont;

Pros

Overtime options during holidays, decent pay, a nice amount of paid time off available to you.

Cons

Talking on the phones all day hurts your throat. Management isn't always interested in growing or promoting you.
