      Pros

      Embracing the hardships of retail (unsatisfied customers, lack of leadership, uncooperative team members, poor pay etc) may help you develop a yearning to appreciate a decent job with excellent leadership.

      Cons

      Minimum wage. “Free outfits” are taxed from your paychecks. Rather than giving feedback on how to sell effectively, managers scold you for not meeting with your credit card selling metrics.

      Leadership Autonomy, Good benefits and paid time off for full time employees, Competitive Salary, Great employee discount

      Cons

      Company struggles to find its voice in the current retail market and at times, feels like leadership can decide whether to move forward and develop new strategies or remain true to its original classic appeal. Workload at the store level is overwhelming even for a seasoned retail manager, and messages are very mixed from above (i.e. "focus on the customer while doing a million other things that full you from the customers) - Messages can be very contradictory. Overall company is struggling financially and consistently not making its numbers. Changes in upper leadership cause a feeling of instability!
