Temporary - no job security most stressful retailer job ever worked with the least pay plus bonous Working life balance is terrible Worked like a dog Long hours Late shift Minimal pay Hired as a part time but worked around 40 hours during busy weeks

Flexible hours, good PTO, decent benefits. Generally a positive work environment, discounts on all JCrew brands, opportunities to grow within the company (to an extent)

Cons

Company restructured and got rid of thousands of jobs, once you hit store management there’s no real pipeline to move up further, there’s definitely a cap on how much you can make
