Pros

I've been at J-Curve for just over two years and have enjoyed my entire experience. It's a fun and dedicated work environment.

Cons

It's hard to have company wide meetings because we are staffed 24 X 7 for our customers. We have to meet in groups to keep the phones manned.

Pros

J-Curve has a great culture assuming you're a self motivated person. The Management team doesn't micromanage and really cares about the people who work there. I moved out of state, but recommended several people who are still work there and love it!

Cons

The training was decent, but could have been a little longer. I relied on co-workers to help me out on the floor because it was the holidays.
