Some good emps - questionable business model - when customer out grows J-Curve's shared model they lose them to a real dedicated call center company.

Cons

Needs a new CEO and CFO - No direction huge EGO! - Super High turn-over!

Great place to start your career if you are out of college or went through a career change. Dress code is relaxed as shorts, t-shirts, and flip flops are common. Next to mass transit such as the light rail and bus stop

Cons

Pay is horrible Training is lacking Middle management is bloated Manager of Technical Support is inexperience, immature, unorganized, and lacks professionalism Hardware such as computers are dated Office furniture such as chairs are broken
