Pros

Semi-Flexible hours. Decent Co-workers, Easy interview.

Cons

STRESS This place is constantly bringing in new people - they cannot hang onto quality agents. Any concerns you have will be "considered" (ignored). Assigned seating that changes regularly as they feel like it. - Don't get attached to desk-mates. Many employee's do only the minimum amount of work to get the check while expecting others to pick up the slack. You are considered replaceable.

Pros

Co-workers are awesome, always willing to help, hours are great, benefits are ok (could be better now), friendly atmosphere, fairly easy work, TONS of training resources available.

Cons

Pay could be better for entry level help-desk positions, especially considering the troubleshooting steps that entry level positions are required to take, went beyond the normal 'entry-level' knowledge. Sometimes felt that the entry level position did most of the steps required by the next level but still only paid the entry level pay.

Pros

Awesome and friendly CEO, great management, great coworkers, just a fun and outgoing environment in general. Always a great time going into work, and the work is pretty simple but can be challenging at the same time. Plenty of employee love from management- lots of 1-on-1 attention and tons of interaction with higher ups to ensure that you're working and performing well! Over 4 places I've worked at, The Curve definitely takes the cake!!

Cons

Customers can sometimes be a little irritable, some issues with the services can't be "fixed" on the spot, and sometimes work can get extremely busy- this does make time fly though!
