Could be worse, could be better

Pros

It's a reasonably nice office, they'll normally back you up on the phones, most of the direct managers are pretty good and for the most part it's pretty difficult to get fired

Cons

The higher ups will hire people for positions they are not really qualified for, in addition if you have to kick a fix up the chain to someone not in a call center it usually takes a month to get fixed but customers are never understanding of that fact.

Pros

Great people, great leadership. This is a place that cares about their employees. You do need to come to work on time and when your scheduled, but all employers expect you to do that. Saw a review here that mentioned they don't pay you on time. Not sure what that guy was talking about. I've worked for J-Curve for 3 years and have always been paid on time.

Cons

Higher pay would be nice, but love the culture no matter the pay!
