Pros

Everyone and I mean everyone is great to work with, from the person sitting next to you to the CEO of the company. How many company's have you worked for where the CEO knows your name. Not many if any. Since I've worked for J-Curve (less than 6 months) they've raffled off to 50" flat screen TV's. The team leads are kind and respectful to everyone. They really try to be flexible with they can. The pay is decent, not great, but livable.

Cons

None that I can think of, maybe pay could be higher.

Pros

CEO is a great person who visits the office often and cares about his people. Upper leadership is organized and helpful. Pay and benefits are fair. Leadership is open to new ideas and suggestions.

Cons

No bonus plan for recruiters, but I believe they are working on developing one. Recruiting for entry-level CS roles, not much variety but hopefully, there will be other roles to recruit for as the company grows.
