      Pros

      Plenty of drugs to go around. Act busy and nobody bothers you. Hour lunch breaks are great.

      Cons

      No loyalty whatsoever towards employees. Team Leads aren't leaders, they're schedule monkeys that copy and paste everything and then try to fix what they screw up. You can be let go for any dumb reason they can think of. Just brown nose and you will go far.

      Pros

      The culture at this company is awesome! I just joined a few months ago and love the people, environment and management team. It feels like a family. The CEO cares and even talked with all of us even before we officially started training.

      Cons

      The only thing I think could be better is the ability to work from home right away but they want us to be trained right before sending us home.

      Pros

      You can watch YouTube all day, do a tiny bit of work, and spread rumors without jeopardizing your job. Liars and people that suck up to the right people will go far. Don't worry about the background check, just about everyone has caught a case or two.

      Cons

      Not only did management allow covid to come in, but TEAM LEADS had it and passed around candy. At least one person died because of them bringing Covid in. There's a charade of social distancing, masks are barely worn, and not once did anyone ever take a temperature. My favorite restaurant does better screening for Covid. It's diverse in staff until you get to management, then it starts to get really light. Bottom line, run-don't walk away. Do yourself a favor and get a job where you won't be put in harm's way.
