Pros

Will train on the job, decent benefits, good camaraderie, and the management is very friendly.

Cons

Not many areas to grow with the company. Do not match on 401K contributions. Starting hourly rates are not attractive to seasoned workers.

Pros

I did VoIP tech support at J-Curve. The management and teammates are awesome. For the 2.5 years I was there, I never had an issue they didn't work around and/or help me on...and there were a few. I have worked at a lot of call centers in the valley, and J-Curve was the best by far.

Cons

The only cons are the advancement and pay. I know those are two big ones, but if you've been out of the workforce for awhile, or if your looking to gain tech experience, or it's one of your first jobs - J-Curve is an ideal place to start. The culture is very laid back, and you can gain experience there for your next step.
