Open and friendly environment Supervisors were welcoming of questions and were extremely knowledgeable about the work Regular 1-to-1 meetings discussing what you were doing right and wrong to encourage improvement Casual workplace, only really required to wear business casual at most and only when important clients were on site CEO is personable and made an effort to at least know everyone's names Small company

• Everyone is really friendly/are friends with each other • So far leadership is receptive to feedback, issues, etc • Some small perks like catered lunch, ice cream, etc

Cons

• They super micromanage time, which I understand why to an extent 🥴 (headcount stuff) but still • Training from their contracts are all over the place. Practical time before being live is minimal
