Great Parking...Knowledgeable Staff...Job Security The work is fair albeit often muldane, resources are good, but often are costed in an unfair way. There are good people who work here.

Cons

Poor Management...No decision making...Low quality of work...Favoritism...Micro Management. Penny pinchers are the norm here, lack of direction leads to poor quality of work and no ones seems to care. Bonuses are weak in a growing industry, little chance for advancement.

Stagnant Organization with a serious Top Down Management "Must Control People" problem

Large organization, finically stable and very diversified. The company returns large amounts of the profits back into modernization of their plants and technology. Located in a beautiful part of the world.

Cons

This organization as been come very stagnant and has failed to grow outside of its traditional businesses. The third generation family leadership is bent on controlling the small markets they are in, controlling and shaping local public policy, and controlling its employee base. Employees will not experience true personal growth in this organization as critical thinking skills outside of company dictated policy are not allowed. Company fires people on a whim and shows a serious lack of consideration for the welfare of their employees.
