Pros

Benefits are good Good travel perks People are nice Training courses The company allows employees to use flex time when working, you can kind of pick your schedule, as long as you get your work done your manager will be satisfied. The will pay for tuition for MBA eventually of you make your way up. Quarterly bonus' based on department performance.

Cons

Pay is sub par for entry level employees out of university Office is out dated Extremely conservative work place The office looks like its from the 70's, the furniture is old, outdated and in poor condition most of the time. The managers/directors are getting raises constantly while the employees do not.

Pros

Very enjoyable work with lots of freedom to make your own schedule and approach problems in your own way. Coworkers and superiors were all good people, enjoyable to work with.

Cons

Extremely long hours with absolutely no overtime. Salary was less than competitive. Some days required 9 or 10 hours of driving.
