Pros

Very secure place to work providing you do your job. Depending on your branch would depend on how friendly the staff are. The branch I was in felt like the family outside my family. Could talk to almost anyone about anything. Pay is average, computer system is antiquated

Cons

"We always done it this way, we'll always do it this way". Company wants to grow, but doesn't invest in either it's staff, or technology to accommodate more growth. Very, very slow to listen to ideas that are solutions, if they implement them at all

Pros

Great job if you are directly out of school with no experience anywhere.

Cons

Obsolete hardware and software means you will be obsolete quickly, management style so abusive it is almost cartoonish, if you enjoyed being bullied and manipulated in high school this is the place for you.
