The best part were the other employees and the pay was decent.

Cons

Underappreciated by management. Also, my experience with a handful of employees was horrific! They would talk about you behind your back, and run to management with unfounded complaints. It made my experience a living hell, and that has never happened to me in all my many years of working for various companies.

They have their favorites. Lots of mistakes. No one takes responsibility for their actions and The entire company including the owner plays the blame game.

Pay is decent but that's the only good thing I can say.

Cons

Management has no control over routes. Drivers always get screwed over by the rest of departments. If a driver is always late then routing will take stops off of late route and add them to a early route. Helping others doesn't pay well. Salesmen will screw you over by ordering light earlier in the week, then overload on weekends. Holiday pay is a joke, you may see only an extra $50 on your paycheck. No work life balance at all.
