Cons

HR is terrible. They would rather dress up and play games than be true HR professionals. Management acts like they are presidents, VPs, and leaders of a huge company. When, in reality, this company is minuscule looking at the big picture. Definite "good ole boy" system in place. If you're not "one of them" forget it!
