Pros

Work / life balance was great. Hybrid schedule is flexible. Met many great people.

Cons

Management is deaf to employees. You need to go through hoops to get approval on anything, Department is always under-staffed. Volume of work is ever-growing. Management delegates everything onto controller, who like everyone else is over-worked. Favoritism is the name of the game.

There was a solid team and a lot of support from management. It was an easy onboarding process and a fun environment to work in!

Cons

It is a bit slow paced and you typically are working alone in smaller stores which can be a bit lonely.
