A lot of nice people, nice product

Cons

Managers are protected, at the expense of employees. When a department has constant turnover, it's a red flag but is never addressed. The culture of kindness does not exist in the Brooklyn corporate office. It's unfortunate that a company with such a long and valued history has become a revolving door for talent and has such an unpleasant environment.

Pros

50% discount on regularly priced clothes. Get to meet a few good people.

Cons

The company took a turn in 2016 when there was a change in leadership. It was noticeably different. Unrealistic goal/expectations with a lot less incentives. Corporate is very confused and disorganized. Hours will get cut randomly so higher-ups can make payroll goals. Benefits is horrible and just getting worse.
