Cons

Clothing, styles and company not very innovative, re-hash of old designs, management disorganized at times. Would rather receive compensation instead of free clothes.

Empowering every team member to make decisions on the job.

Cons

Reviews are not given in a timely manner, or a raise that is earned. Compensation for loyalty and hard work is reciprocated with a generous clothing allowance which is based on each associates sales plan and / or the monthly goal for the month. This clothing is limited to clothes from the brand that can be worn to work. Yet, a generous compensation for low hourly wages.
