Cons

The executive team down to the DM are one big joke! They hire you as one position, then completely have no idea what they Hired you for or the rate of pay. Lots of cliques within the staff and if you’re seen as a threat then they’ll make your life miserable. Culture of kindness is a load of BS. Towards the end of my time with the company it was actually comical, everyone I talked to (clients and friends) thought the whole company was a joke and there was no way it could be ran so poorly.

Small stores with inept managers who change store and corporate policies, depending upon the client, and then demean their associates . Poor computer systems.
