Pros

Having been in retail for forty years with many major retailers, I feel I have a number of different experiences to compare and contrast to. J. McLaughlin has a code of conduct called a "Culture of Kindness". They truly mean it. Everyone from the corporate office to store staff has been so supportive. The company has a "Customer First", approach to business, which I have found rare in the industry. They give you the guidelines and tools to offer concierge level service. It is very entrepreneurial. Both my District Manager, and the Vice President of Stores, listen to my ideas, and respect my decisions. I look forward to coming to work every day since I have started with this company.

Cons

After eight plus months, I do not have any to list at this time
