      Growing pains and then some--do not work here

      Lovely people, small group in marketing we rocked it growing the website biz fourfold and evolving the brand to a (short-lived) modern new place

      Cons

      So so many. No creative direction, growth too much for old school employees to handle Above all legacy issues with founder staying on when new regime was put in place. Needless to say the brand evolve went nowhere,

      This is a culture of kindness, with employees and customers. You are given an immense amount of freedom with which to build you business within the standards of the company. The sales philosophy is unique in the industry. It is about the customer, not the sale, and we mean that. If you have strong time management skills, the work / life balance is yours for the taking. The insurance for management is generous. We have co-founders, executives, and supervisors that truly care about you, whether you are part time, on up to management.

      great hours (easy going), friendly people

      cheap, significantly underpay employees, poor systems, not motivating or inspiring environment, some bright people while others are hired simply for need, lack of original inspiration from design team, not hopeful for the future of the company
