      Pros

      A great environment to work in. Management is very hands-on and very interested in employee feed-back. Even though it is corporately owned there is a very family and caring feel. Great growth opportunities as well. i started as a p/t employee and now I am store manager.Lots of movement within departments as well so chance to learn all aspects of the business. Great incentive package as well. Very fun-loving environment as well. Always have a sense of humor.

      Cons

      As with any company going through a huge growth spurt there are growing pains. They are aware of this and are quick to make changes. Very important to them to keep a caring and kind environment

      This is a culture of kindness, with employees and customers. You are given an immense amount of freedom with which to build you business within the standards of the company. The sales philosophy is unique in the industry. It is about the customer, not the sale, and we mean that. If you have strong time management skills, the work / life balance is yours for the taking. The insurance for management is generous. We have co-founders, executives, and supervisors that truly care about you, whether you are part time, on up to management.
