great clothes, flexible schedule. fun atmosphere.

Cons

hourly pay is low for the educated woman they hire and they want a certain person for their "look". Raises don't happen and the clothes allowance didn't increase even though the prices of the clothes increase.

Great incentives, product and clothing discount.

Cons

Good bye evenings and weekends. Expect you to work double on Holidays which is understandable but manager did not communicate. Will have to plan events and marketing plus prepare to change your schedule weekly. I witnessed my manager being untruthful several times. Part time means you need to give full time flexibility. Tried communicating with manager but unwilling to discuss confront issues even from customers. Team was not kind.

Each store acts like it's own entity but has the luxury of having a big company behind it. All sales associates are chosen because they can fit within J McLaughlin's "culture of kindness".

Cons

Hourly pay is low.
