Pros

It is a really nice company to work for. They hire the nicest people. I never felt out of place helping out at other stores in the company or calling other stores. Great work life balance!!

Cons

Technology is an issue. They are always changing the computer system and operations, lots of bugs needed to be fixed all the time. I have very few complaints. Key Holder pay was low for a full time job. Benefits cost $$ and I had to work two other jobs to get by.

Good pay and they pay 75% of health insurance premium and offer 401K. Family oriented business.

Cons

The only downside is that it being a small company there is not much chance of advancement.
