Pros
Claims to be a Christian company but does not abide by Christian principles. The owner uses workers for personal gain. Not bitter, just stating facts. Management does not know how to be effective and the policies constantly change. Owner and PMs overreact causing more issues instead of thinking through a problem. Owner also does not know when to be aggressive and when to calm down. I personally was yelled at frequently for issues that were not my fault, which caused poor morale among ALL employees. Would not recommend this company as they do not do as promised. Also, confidential calls are indeed not confidential.
