Pros

I worked at JANSON for almost five years, left to work for a large defense contractor and couldn't wait to get back to JANSON after one year of being away. People just don't do that without multiple really good reasons! JANSON is a company that I trust. JANSON takes care of their people, enables professional development and growth while holding the team to high values and standards.

Cons

Team members can expect to be held accountable maintain high quality. Professionalism is a requirement and a proactive, positive mindset a must. People who fall short of those traits probably won't fit into the culture.

Pros

I enjoy my work at JANSON immensely. It’s funny to read some of the recent reviews by people I know who were just fired for good reasons. This company values hard work, honesty, doing what you say you will do, integrity, a positive attitude.

Cons

This company is not a good fit if you need to have your hand held to complete your mission on time. For me, that’s a Pro but I could see where some people could consider it a Con.

Pros

Awesome company to work for that invests in their employees! I am treated like a valued team member and have had the opportunity to work with interesting clients who have fast-paced missions. Leadership and program managers are caring and expect that their team will work hard. A great organization to work for if you are naturally inclined to be pro-active and want to work with other focused individuals.
