Pros

Great benefits, free dental and vision. Decent health care but the premiums increased last year.

Cons

Poor compensation. This company has contracts in the Washington Metropolitan Area but cannot or will not be competitive when it comes down to salary.

Pros

Everyone was very honest after signing the offer letter. Immediately upon meeting, EVERYONE started venting about how much they hated the job. Five minutes hadn’t even passed before they went on and on about the entire company. They openly talked about drinking on the job to get by, which had to be a oke, right? Turned out it wasn’t. Apparently, the executive leadership is difficult to work for, plays favorites, gives opposing orders because they forget and you have to constantly CYA with screenshots and time stamps to not get berated, and they have no real experience with Communications. At least that’s what I was told. It was a very chaotic environment where communication was severely lacking and everyone genuinely hated each other. It was really unprofessional and toxic, and the choice to move on was an easy one. The decision to leave immediately was easy when by the end of the week, it became clear that plotting a mutiny of sorts was being planned. Yikes. Steer clear.

Cons

Beng lied to multiple times while applying, interviewing, and just prior to signing the offer letter. They also make it clear during the onboarding that new hires have to leave a Glassdoor review within the first 30 days of employment. What new employee wouldn't feel absolutely pressured to leave a positive review if it's obvious they wrote it due to several identifying factors including timeframe and job title??? It doesn't take a brilliant mind to see that they're trying to push down the *entirely accurate* bad reviews, which is against Glassdoor's policy.
