      The facilities modernization efforts at JANSON never allow us to get bored. From quick turn projects to multi-year revitalization efforts, working with the design team to turn client ideas and wish lists into actual, physical, smart solutions that exceed expectations never gets old!

      Cons

      Sometimes project timelines can drag out due to the bureaucracy of gov't contracting.

      I had a wonderful experience working for JANSON Communications. The CEO, Janet Chihocky is very dedicated to her team and mission. She leads by example and always has her team and clients best interest at heart. JANSON is a result oriented company that is strategic in everything they do. The inspiring work environment led my career to a higher level and I am grateful for the experience.

      Pros

      This company fosters an environment where the employees ideas are heard and valued. I appreciate the openness and creative collaboration that I have with my fellow colleagues as well as with the owner.

      Cons

      Over the past years, at times, it seems like they have rushed into a hire just to check a box. However, there has been is a big shift to only make the highest quality higher. I’m proud to say I’m one of many.
