Pros

unfortunately, there are not many good things happening right now.

Cons

It’s unbelievable how JAS treats their employees, yet they still get away with it. The new HR director is playing it safe and going along with all the abuse this company heaps onto people. Salespeople are told not to travel due to budget issues, yet they’re still expected to grow the business. On top of that, they don’t have access to sales data and are being cheated out of their commissions. The CEO, COO, VPs, directors, and even branch managers all travel (no budget issues there) just to hide from their responsibilities. They are hanging out, dining out and call that work, while everyone else is put through the hell. There are so many meetings that people join, just to use that as an excuse for not being available and productive. Meaningless meetings to talk about the next meeting. In the USA, they’ve just reshuffled and promoted inexperienced people to CEO, COO, and VP positions. This is because the EVP of America, who’s been there for too long, is promoting his own circle. The people who have been promoted into these roles have never held positions with that level of responsibility and are destroying the company culture but playing it cool. Everyone is noticing this and people don’t respect them due to their attitude and the lies they’ve told. Thought road for this group and it may take years for people to trust them but by then, the business is destroyed. If you speak up, you’re doomed and guaranteed to be fired. It’s a very tough position, and everyone is stressed out but cannot talk about what bothers them. Good people are dropping and leaving every month, sad to see. The company is trying to hire temps because they don’t want to pay people with experience. This is a bizarre environment. Don’t do this to yourself. Please help spread the word.
