The JAS Worldwide Chairman, CEO and CFO have the vision to make JAS a leading Freight Forwarder, they are a family company and care about their people. The WW campus here in Atlanta is fantastic.

Cons

The IT department is a disaster. Weak leadership, zero empowerment, massive investment in areas that even the providers question and too few IT professionals in leadership positions, mostly sycophants. If ever a department epitomized the four steps to chaos (http://hbr.org/2003/10/four-steps-to-chaos/ar/1) this is it.
