Pros

Overshadowed by all the negatives

Cons

Please read this carefully—I am trying to help you and prevent you from wasting your time with this company. This company has serious issues that have been ignored for many years, and now they are taking it down. Take the time to read reviews that others have written, as they seem to provide honest feedback. I am tired, demotivated, and burned out, just like many others at this company. Don’t be fooled by the glamorous posts as only the top 10% of senior leadership are enjoying the perks, traveling, and spending the money. The rest of us are workhorses, bullied, put pressure on us, and dehumanized. If you join operations, prepare to be overworked and underpaid. If you’re in sales, good luck, because you won’t have the proper support to succeed. I am saying these because I have worked in both position so far. Top leadership is bringing in their own people for the top positions, regardless of their skill set. The COO has no clue, but he got the position because of his relationship with the Israeli government and the business he is getting from the Jewish state. This company is very political, and you may receive different treatment based on your religion or political affiliation. And he is a friend of CEO who is a freight of EVP. HR is trying to step in and has asked for employees’ suggestions on how to fix things. However, in the last poll only 27% participated to express their frustration, as people are tired of the same old promises and tricks. Almost everyone is complaining about leadership, but little has been done to address these concerns. Take this as advice from someone who is still with the company and witnessing what’s going on. People are not going to trust anything with the leadership in place.
