It can be hybrid if you manager allows you to.

Cons

You cannot trust management, they often lie to clients and employees.. they also always look for an escapegoat instead of facing an issues that was their fualt or could be perceived as their fault. The management here never takes responsibility for their failure and just blames others. it is sad to watch it happen.
