The job was easy to get as I was hired by a staffing agency who was working for them. The schedule is flexible and it works for people. The job was pretty simple and easy. Picking and packing orders in a warehouse environment.

Cons

Poor communication with the recruiters and the management of this company. Management does play favorites and they treat certain people differently. They are quick to get rid of people even if it is their first week on the job. No warning or any writeups whatsoever. Job security is non existent at this place and if you have bills to pay or a family to provide for then please look elsewhere.
