Pros

flexibility of working remotely and going to office twice a month

Cons

Before posting my review, I checked to see what others were saying about this company I work for. Surprisingly, I found that many people feel the same way I do. This company has had leadership issues for years, and it’s been destroying both the culture and the business, with no meaningful improvements in sight. They keep promoting the wrong people from within, rather than making the necessary changes. The new CEO, COO and VP of sales, and RVPs are example of had bad the decision has been, they are unfit for the job. It's extremely stressful working here. People are angry and frustrated, and honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if this company goes up for sale soon, as it seems like they’ve lost control. Leadership doesn’t seem to understand that the people who built this company can also bring it down. There’s no trust, the culture is secretive, and leaders consistently fail to keep their promises. People, including myself, are overworked, underpaid, and subjected to bullying and unreasonable pressure. Its extremely hard to sell as service is really bad and you get a lot of push back from your own colleagues that want you to fail. If I had a choice, I’d leave today. I cannot recommend JAS. Do yourself a favor and find a better company to work for—don’t waste your life here. Please read all the reviews, take them seriously, and make the necessary changes before it’s too late.

Lie after Lie, even from the CEO

Pros

can't think of anything currently :(

Cons

When I was hired I heard in one of the meeting the CEO said that jas never lay people off and this is one of the benefit of working for a privately owned company. Guess what, they just laid off a bunch of people in my branch including me. I felt I have been betrayed for so many years. I worked hard and I don’t deserve this. They keep telling everyone this company is all about people but it’s a BIG Lie. Its only about the Italian. While desk level employees or people in the warehouses are struggling making ends mean working for this company, the high-level executive spends millions of dollar traveling, taking pictures of their roof top hotel, eating expensive meal or playing golf in one of the most exotic places and they call it meeting, nonsense! The most disappointing and disgusting organization I have ever worked for and I hope they go down soon.
