Good insurance plan (if you're single), respectable amount of paid holidays, easy access to upper management, smaller company, promotes from within.

Cons

Lots of nepotism everyone is either a family member or married to someone in the company. They do not hire based on skill set but who fits best in their cliques and has a European (Italian look)
