Pros
The campus and buildings are beautiful, these guys really know how to put lipstick on a pig. Plus, it's a great commute from most areas in North ATL. Some very nice cars to look at in the executive spots.
Cons
I was told during the interview process that there were concrete plans to take the organization public. If this ever happens the C-level management will have to be replaced. No self-respecting public company would employ CxO's that design and build a fricking palace for themselves while cramming fifty IT people into the same space occupied by four, needs their values examined. Oh, and the crony-ism has to be experienced to be believed, if you're a part of someone's family, you're golden. My biggest regret is that I didn't know about glassdoor.com before I accepted the position.
