Good benefits, friendly co-workers, decent training, average pay, but few raises

Cons

If you aren't a man or family, you can't get anywhere or even respect. Management constantly conflicts with each other over correct procedures. You are constantly asked to lie in your data entry in order to make the branches numbers look good. Constantly short-staffed, and employees are overworked.

Opportunity to grow with the company is great, they like to promote from within. The atmosphere is relaxed as long as you get your job done you will be fine

Cons

The salaries are non competitive to the market seems like other competitors are willing to pay higher salaries to there employees

Pros

Employees are dedicated to doing the best and are respectful to their coworkers. The opportunities are available if someone wants to take advantage. The Executives will listen if those who complain will put it in writing and put their name behind it. Like any post on the internet its easy to hide behind it when you don[t have to look in someones eyes.

Cons

Like every company JAS has common issues found in every company. There are those managers that don't take the time to sit and listen to the employees and just because one employee says it doesn't mean its fact. Especially when former a former employee complains and never says something constructive while their there.
