This is for the years 2013 to 2014. Couldn't go back past 2021 on the drop down menu and I've been self-employed for the last 8 years. Creative, fun, little interaction with customers, backroom office/storage/prep room PT got insurance Flexible hours

Cons

Working holidays, time off restricted between October and February, forcing employees to not be able to travel during holidays, and getting fired if you do.

Nothing really stands out as far as retail goes.

Cons

At the location I was at, the visual manager (who was extremely unprofessional) seemed to run the store. And whether or not you were looked favorably upon was based entirely on how often you played music into the radio, or participated in her twerk sessions. You read that right. If you didn’t play the popularity game, you were undermined and used as a scapegoat. There never seemed to be a plan on catching up with the amount of inventory coming in versus what was making it out.
