Pros

Freedom, Discounts, Flexible Schedule, got to be creative.

Cons

No full time hours. They hire you for about 35 hours initially and then if they don't particularly like you then you get one day a week. I know that sounds crazy especially with having a degree in merchandising and ample experience in luxury fashion .

Pros

Freedom free from constant supervision, little customer interaction, being creative.

Cons

Went from 40 hrs to 6 hours a week. Lots of favoritism, a lack of respect of or stores overall look. Management thinks having more cashiers somehow increases sales when it doesn't. Lack of pride in visual displays/merchandising. They don't understand product placement. They're only concerned about sale promo signs going up.
