Pros

Associates are nice to work with

Cons

There is absolutely no work/life balance even though that is stressed so much in the interview. The district manager for south Florida has management skills that are as ancient as a dinosaur. He speaks out of both sides of his mouth and allows store managers to treat their associates however they choose. The store managers will work you to death if you are on salary and the DM will tell you however long it takes to get the job done is what is required

Pros

This is in the past: "Some of the reasons that the company had so many long serving associates is because of the fairness in the way it treats the associates and its customers. The change in leadership brought many changes in the organisation, while the promise to transform the company is a step in the right direction, very many experienced management associates were laid off, leaving a lack of management to help carry out this transformation.

Cons

Politics play a big part in your performance. Change in management means all your past contributions count for nothing in consideration for promotions or lay offs.
