      I Used to Love Working Here... Now There's Some Issues.

      Pros

      There was flexibility with scheduling during the majority of the year and there was a variety of departments in which I was trained in and that I worked in. There was truly never a dull moment working there, and I loved my coworkers.

      Cons

      Management used to very very understanding and professional but once I got closer to the management team I realized how childish they can be, and what they truly think about their associates. They treat people like they're expendable and they never act like they care about the employees. They only pick favorites. I just wish the other managers would be more understanding of others and not jump to conclusions, and to stay consistent with their leadership styles.

      -Great coworkers for the most part -Job was slow, and easy most of the time

      Cons

      -God awful pay -Supervisors lack communication and leadership skills -Supervisors displayed blatant favoritism -GM has awful employee relations skills, nobody wanted to work for her -Recovery work was physically taxing (3 floors to cover, crouching, pulling, reaching, lifting, etc.) -More responsibilities added, no compensation or even appreciation They will only care about you if you’re a cashier that gets ICAPS!!

      Pros

      The only benefit was the compensation.

      Cons

      Poor production planning and communication in general by management. Unnecessary 10 hour shifts 6 days a week, management is cold/corporate and two faced. The warehouse is dilapidated and the turn over ratio is very high. They don’t care about the employees and use archaic styles of management that create frustration in the workplace. I would not recommend.
