Pros

Employee discount, great peers, free continuing education, branding is familiar to customers and clients

Cons

The company that assumed ownership has created (or allows) an extremely aggressive, upper mgmt. style that trickles from the top down. The company is all about driving profit by any means necessary. Upper mgmt. pays very little attention, if any to its loyal, hard working employees & managers, and could care less about the obstacles managers face that are realistic hindrances to recruiting, hiring, and keeping employees on board.

Pros

With no state taxes, the pay was fair.

Cons

Toxic leadership in my dept., archaic processes, bitterness and gossip from top to bottom on the team.
