Pros

Great name-JCPenney. Flexible hours. Fair benefit package, great first job, you'll meet good people, plenty of overtime.

Cons

Disorganized location. Can't trust upper level management Calling HR at corporate level is a joke. If you dare to speak up because you've witness unfair treatment, prepare for retaliation and a smear campaign. Seen it time after times No one at district level nor corporate level did anything to stop it.
