Pros

Leadership is helpful and understanding of the transition coming out of college. I enjoy the fun that teams emphasize on providing to help break up some of the crazy long weeks that come with working corporate retail.

Cons

Lots of movement, even within the first year. I’ve been on various teams in my short time with the company which may be hard for some to adapt to.

Pros

Dental, vision, and life insurance

Cons

Seasonal work, hours reduced drastically during slower months. Hard to advance if you aren't a middle-aged woman that fits the "clique". Even though I was much better at the computer programs and had more experience, women older than me without experience got more hours and became my manager. 🙄
