Pros

Smaller store so closer associates I feel it to be a relatively innovative company, for its age. Loved the discount

Cons

I believe that there is too much pressure to sell the memberships. There is a lot of room to irritate the customer as well as stress out associates who may have a difficult time approaching customers in a way where they may be rejected. If the training for this program was more in-tune with this aspect for associates, I think the program would be more successful, and associates could potentially grow comfortable with their pitches.
