Pros

Good benefits, sometimes you have flexible hours, beautiful workplace, good advancement opportunities.

Cons

Depending on dept: work life balance is impossible. JCP works internationally and you have to be "on call" to address issues with overseas offices. "Sick days" aren't really days off either. They encourage you to take your company laptop home every night so you can still work in case you can't make it in the office. Micro managing is a big problem too.

Pros

The salary and you get to travel.

Cons

Catty, nasty, cliquey company, the work environment is toxic. You don't have to have any talent to get a high position, you just have to be friends with someone and they will get you promoted. A very unimpressive upper management, almost laughable. Money wasters and it is a public company! They send people on trips that really have no reason to be going on them, but they just write it into the budget! A big sloppy mess at the headquarters, black garbage bags fill the halls full of bought samples.
