Pros

Lead staff goes to great lengths ensuring the staff mesh well together. Employees are encouraged to learn as much as possible. Rewarded with annual raises and increased hour allotments.

Cons

Sometimes the top dogs can get nit picky, slowing down the development of sets for very little gain.
